We offer Persian cuisine made fresh daily with organic produce from local NC farms and certified organic meats (no antibiotics or growth hormones). We keep our menu simple, yet our flavors are complex.  We have many tasty recipes and our menu will evolve as we get a better understanding of what our customers enjoy most. We promise to keep it constantly interesting and continuously delicious!
